A skill is a file of instructions an AI assistant loads before a task. This project proposes a few skill files for building and evaluating pharmacometrics models, assembled from the published guidance and from internal guidance documents turned into checklists that can be published. The files would live on GitHub, where anyone can comment or propose an edit, and be rebuilt on a schedule. Nothing is built yet, and the scope is still open.

Documents

• Working specification. The goal, the first skill on model evaluation in nlmixr2 in two modes, the inputs, the yearly rebuild, and the questions still to settle.

• Proposal. One page: why skill files could replace static guidance documents, and the rules for consensus, position pages, review and governance.

• References. The reading queue for the first reference list, with a status marker on every entry.
