Scoping a second site for the personal Google Docs

Index of the documents in the collected-wisdom project: the scope of a new site holding the Google Docs on meaning, parenting and music, and what has to be decided before the repository is created.

A second site, in its own repository, indexing the writing that has accumulated in Google Docs and does not belong on TrinityMetrics: the doc on meaning, the pathways tools, the parenting material, the ukulele and Hamilton song maps. The Documents stay unshared and the site organizes them for their author, publishing only the few that are meant to be read by anyone. Nothing is built yet. This folder holds the scope.
