Index of the documents in the TCE-CRS-tolerance project: the working specification and its references.
Cytokine release syndrome risk often falls as step-up doses rise, so prior exposure is doing something that the current dose cannot explain. This project models that something by reusing the published epcoritamab repeated time-to-event model, and asks how far publicly available data can carry it. Nothing has been read or fit yet.
Documents
- Working specification. The objective, the hypothesis, the model hierarchy, the data inventory, and the order of work. Its In brief section is one screen and says what the rest argues. Section 3, the dissection of the published epcoritamab model, is the first work and everything after it is written to be revised by what it finds.
- References. What to read and in what order, and a marker on every source recording whether the specification’s use of it has been checked. Every marker is currently ❌.
